After a steady 2011 activity seems on the up with all offices havig a strong start to the year. 1st time buyers in particular are back in the market and looking for property they can complete on before 24th March when the stamp duty bands are reduced again.

If you are looking to sell a property priced between £125,000 and £250,000 I would strongly advise you to get on the market as soon as possible to take advantage of the increased activity in this area.
