No there are no hidden costs. The price we show on the internet or in our sops is the price you pay

What other services do you offer ... ?

Yes, we can help you get a mortgage and we can help do your conveyancing. We have a sister company called Mortgaging Works run by independent staff to Moving works. We also have very close ties to solicitors and can help you speed up your sale as one of the owners is a qualified solicitor herself. This tends to help with local solicitors who know that we know what we are talking about, and we are aware of the process of buying and selling a house.

How many hits do you get per month .. ?

Our site gets over 30,000 a month and our property file pages are viewed many times more than this too. We regularly get over 2 million hits per month.

What if we are out of the area ... ?

We have an internet only service that allows you to put your details on our site for a small fee. Many visitors will see your house with the hits we get. This can be used even if you are with another estate agent.

Can I apply online for a valuation.. ?

Yes we aim to be able to carryout all the services online. We are developing new software and web tools that will allow you to request a visit. For us to book a viewing of one of our properties for you and also we are expanding our email system so that details of properties can be sent to you each and every week. During the next phase of developments we are adding a chat room and an online phone system. This will allow you to phone us direct from the web free and then we call you back.

Do I need to visit the agency offices ... ?

No, all could be done online. We can arrange visits, arrange for our team to value your house and take pictures. We want to make your house buying and selling experience easy and convenient for yourselves. Obviously the staff are still available by phone and a visit to the offices. We see that people who are busy at work can easily be able to work through the internet and learn more about the sale of their home. Any little problems can be sent via email and you have peace of mind knowing that the email will be read and acted upon within a business day.
