For Landlords
Fully Managed Lettings Service
Movingworks provide a full managed letting service for Landlord giving complete peace of mind. Our central lettings centre is run by an experienced and quailified team who deal with all aspects of your let including the valuing of the property for monthly rental, all marketing, advertising, viewings, full credit checks and references on tenants, production of agreement and lodging deposit with Deposit Protection Service as well as full management throughout the term of the tenancy.
We can also provide a guaranteed rent service if required.
The management is dealt with by MovingWorks Head Office Lettings Centre. We have a 24 hour phone line to assist tenants.
Tenant Finding only
We also provide a Tenant finding only service for those Landlords who wish to manage their own lets.
Building a Property Portfolio
As experienced property professionals we are extremely well placed to assist you in building a property portfolio. We can find you suitable rental properties and advise on the investment and returns involved. Our mortgage brokers offer comprehensive advice on to buy to let mortgages and have access to many products not available on the high street.
For Tenants
