Free Valuation

 

A Moving Works valuer will conduct a free valuation prior to formal instructions being received.

 

 

The Moving Works listings adviser will visit your home to take your instructions for the property description, which includes room sizes.  Up to six internal and external photographs will be taken, which will be downloaded onto our Web Site, together with the property description.

 

Your property's details will be displayed in the office, nearest to you and also in other offices requested by you.

 

A ' For Sale ' sign will be erected outside your home.

 

Your property will be listed on the Moving Works web site at www.movingworks.co.uk which in turn is affiliated to national property registers.  Your home can be viewed by many thousands of people each day.  Our own web site currently receives over 2 million hits a month and around 30,000 individual visitors.

 

Negotiating a Sale

 

Moving Works conducts the full negotiations on your behalf when offers are received.

 

When a firm offer is accepted by you.  Moving Works will qualify the offer to ascertain whether the purchaser is in a position to proceed.

 

Once the sale price is agreed Moving Works sends the details to the solicitors for both side.  The sale is followed by Moving Works through it completion, keeping you and the purchaser informed at all stages.
