Q Why do you love Southport?

I was born here and I love how it offers a perfect blend of heritage, nature and modernity. Also, the people here have two of my favourite traits, humour and kindness.

Q What would you recommend about Southport?

A trip to Churchtown is essential, it’s designated conservation area with whitewashed, thatched roof cottages and quaint shops. Grab a frothy coffee and homemade cake from Remedy. The beautiful Botanic Gardens is located a short stroll from here too.

Q What is your dream home if you’re not already living in it?

I’d love to live in the heart of Churchtown in a traditional, double fronted Victorian property. I enjoy renovating and room design so a ‘project’ would be great fun. I like mixture of open plan for entertaining and family time plus a snug for cosier evenings. Mature trees in the garden would be ideal to string up a hammock too!

Q what’s your best tip for people looking to sell their home?
