Spring Competition - A Spring Clean with MovingWorks

  1. The competition promoter is MovingWorks Ltd, company registration number 04024680, whose registered office is 4 Bridge Court, Little Hoole, Preston PR4 5BF
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  3. The rules of the competition, the route for entry, and the prize for the winner are available in the Facebook & Instagram post announcing the launch of the competition.
  4. UK residents are only eligible to enter the competition.
  5. The closing date for entry will be Monday 20th May at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be entered into the draw.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  8. The prizes - A free spring clean up to four hours depending on property size with a cleaner who works in partnership with MovingWorks, this prize must be redeemed within 28 days from the date of giveaway closure.
  9. The promoter will notify the winner with details about how to claim the prize
  10. A winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. To be eligible, (i) The person must have liked the @movingworksUK Facebook page www.facebook.com/MovingWorksUK and or @MovingWorksestateagents Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/movingworksestateagents/ (ii) The person must have commented on the Facebook / Instagram competition post tagging a friend. (iii) The person must share the competition post to their stories on Facebook / Instagram tagging MovingWorks.
  11. The winner will be notified via Facebook by Friday 27th May. If the winner cannot be contacted within 24-hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  14. The property to be cleaned must be within the PR4 4, PR4 5, PR4 6
  15. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
